 Quarterly Board Meeting
Our next meeting is scheduled for 7 PM Tuesday 11/17/09 at Elaine Weavers house at 3557 Oldfield Lake Court

Here’s the Latest…
Dues Collection Update from Don Peterson, Treasurer: The homeowners dues will remain unchanged at $115.00 for 2010.  We still have 16 households that have not paid dues for 2009.  Some are foreclosures or vacancies and others are those who have paid in the past, but have not yet done so this year.  Those who have not paid are asked to do so as soon as possible.  Your homeowners association dues go primarily to entrance and common area maintenance.  It is extra important to maintain a great first impression during this competitive real estate market.

Eight lights have been replaced on the island on Loretto Road as well as the entire lighting system in the inland on Aladdin Road.  Some of the weedy shrubs have been removed and new mulch put down.  The entrance signs and island curbs will be power washed after the first of the year.

A big ‘Thank You’ goes to Don for all his hard work on the entrances.  Nice job, Don!   The HOA is looking for new volunteers for the 2010 board.  This is a great way to meet your neighbors.  Please contact Don Peterson at 260-8065 if you are interested in serving on the board.  Most board members have been performing various duties in excess of five years and we need some new volunteers.  The board meets quarterly.

Gentle Reminder - Again
The board continues to get complaints about trash cans/bags left at the curb prior to 5:00 pm on the day before pick up.  Per our Homeowners Covenants, trash and yard waste should be kept out of view and placed at the curb no sooner than 5:00 pm the day prior to pick up.  Please be considerate of your neighbors and help to keep our subdivision looking the very best.
